SHIPPING/DELIVERY

Orders are normally shipped within 3 working days (Monday to Friday excluding holidays) from receipt of payment. Orders have an expected delivery time of 12-15 days. Delivery times are indicative and therefore not guaranteed. Any delays in delivery are to be attributed solely to the logistics services.
If your order is delayed for more than 40 days, please contact us at info@bamboogreenstore.com and we will refund your order in full.

Please Note: Due to the Covid-19 emergency and the lack of personnel in the logistics facilities, orders may be subject to delays, even substantial ones, for non-essential items.

In the event that a product is no longer available, we will contact the consumer as soon as possible and the purchase price will be refunded as soon as possible.
In the event that a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address (incorrectly provided by the customer) or in the event that the package is not collected by the customer at the pickup location, after the failed home delivery attempts, the costs for the return the sender will be charged to the recipient.
It is not possible to cancel an order that has already been shipped.It is possible to cancel an order before 20:00 (CEST) on the day of purchase. Orders placed after 20:01 (CET) can be canceled by 20:00 (CET) of the following day.
The order will be shipped once payment has been received.
