RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Consumers have the right to return their purchase without giving any reason within a period of 14 working days, starting from the day of delivery of the goods as established by Article 52 of Legislative Decree. 6 September 2005, n ° 206.
You can return the goods by sending an e-mail to: email@example.com informing us of the intention to return the products.you have to indicate:
- order number
- your first name, last name and address
- the intention to return the items
- the reason of the return
Bamboo Green Store will reply to your email within 24-48 hours.
Goods must be intact, unwashed and unused. In the event of damage or traces of use, we are entitled to deduct any amount equal to the value of the damage from the refund.
In the return request, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs (at the consumer's choice) of the goods he wishes to return. It is not possible to receive an article as a replacement for the return. If you wish to exchange goods, you must proceed with the return request for the item and any refund and place a new order.
In the case of international returns, any import fees or administration (customs) fees that may be charged for the import of returned goods will be deducted from the return payment.If the return instructions are followed carefully, Bamboo Green Store will refund the consumer for items returned within 14 days of receiving the returns.
Please Note: For products at a discounted price or purchased using discount codes it is not possible to make returns.

Defects and complaints must be reported as soon as possible after delivery of the order (within 5 working days) at email@example.com attaching the images of the damaged items.The item will be refunded upon receipt of the item.
