 I don't see tracking updates, what should I do?

 How long will it take my order to be dispatched? 

We will ship your order within 3-5 business days.

 How long will my order take to be delivered? 

Deliveries will be made in a maximum of 15 days.

 I want to return my item, what should I do?

 One or more items in my order have arrived broken, what should I do? 

As soon as possible from when you receive your order: Describe the problem and send us at least one well-lit and undisturbed photo of the object with the damage clearly visible to info@bamboogreenstore.com. Once reviewed, if your request is approved by our team we will provide a full refund for items that have arrived damaged.

 One or more items in my order do not conform to the description, what should I do? 

As soon as possible from the moment you receive your order: Describe the problem and send us at least one well-lit and undisturbed photo of the object to info@bamboogreenstore.com. Once reviewed, if your request is approved by our team we will refund all items that do not conform to the description.

 My item smells strong, is this normal? 

Yes. Our items are mostly entirely made of bamboo. Wash them carefully by hand in warm water a couple of times and the smell will disappear.

 How do I buy online? 

The bamboogreenstore.com site is fully operative. All you need is a credit, debit or prepaid card. You can easily add the products to the cart, continue shopping or complete the purchase with the check-out like on any other e-commerce on the internet.

 If a product is no longer available, when will I be able to purchase it?
